October, 2008: Production has started at a new Ethanol plant in Ontario, Canada, for which CKGP/PW provided project management services. CKGP/PW continues to provide on-site assistance during initial production runs to clean up open construction issues and with purchasing of materials.
September, 2008: CKGP/PW is contracted to provide plant and warehouse engineering support to layout and optimize a proposed 150,000 sq.ft. production facility expansion and a 130,000 sq.ft. warehouse addition for a manufacturer of thermal products.
August, 2008: An automotive stamping facility selects CKGP/PW to perform a study of their existing scrap conveyor system to field check and document the system components, record actual versus design speeds and investigate conveyor load points for causes of scrap bounce-out and build-up.
August, 2008: CKGP/PW is providing concept development, process design and equipment selection for a new door and frame paint system for a manufacturer in Ontario, Canada. The engineering will be suited to allow the Owner to detail, fabricate and install the process equipment and purchase conveyors and equipment.
August, 2008: A specialty alloy manufacturer has engaged CKGP/PW to assist them with identifying process and productivity improvements in their bar finishing department and assist in the implementation of recommended changes.
August, 2008: CKGP/PW is contracted to provide the planning and design of a paint shop for a new electric vehicle assembly plant.
July, 2008: CKGP/PW is providing paint shop coordination services to assist in the construction and startup of a new automotive paint shop in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
May, 2008: CKGP/PW is awarded a contract for the development of a conceptual layout and procurement specifications for a new paint shop for an automotive assembly plant in Serbia.
