CKGP/PW & Associates Paint Finishing Division is recognized as an industry leader in the design and management of Paint Finishing Systems. For over 40 years we have been providing a diverse client base with unbiased paint process engineering that supports our clients' unique requirements.


CKGP/PW & Associates provides a full range of commercial and industrial clients with energy-savings projects in the areas of compressed air savings, HVAC savings, gas train safety/savings, process waste heat recovery, energy audits and utility optimization.  Our long history of designing efficient processing systems makes us very qualified to analyze existing systems for potential efficiency improvements.

 

August, 2010:  CKGP/PW is assisting a major Truck Assembly Plant in increasing its Paint Shop output by evaluating existing systems, determining opportunities and implementation costs and engineering solutions that can be implemented without additional plant downtime.

July, 2010:  CKGP/PW is contracted to perform a detailed health assessment of an overhead power & free Phosphate and E-Coat conveyor system for a major Truck Assembly Plant.  The study will identify areas requiring immediate attention and suggestions for longer term solutions.

June, 2010:  CKGP/PW is providing industrial engineering and materials engineering services to an Automotive logistics supplier to assist in starting up and improving the processes for a new logistics center.

March, 2010:  CKGP/PW attends the HK Motors Site Planning Conference in Bay Minette, Alabama to present their capabilities to assist HK Motors with their plan for a new vehicle manufacturing facility.
