CKGP/PW & Associates provides a full range of commercial and industrial clients with energy-savings projects in the areas of compressed air savings, HVAC savings, gas train safety/savings, process waste heat recovery, energy audits and utility optimization.  Our long history of designing efficient processing systems makes us very qualified to analyze existing systems for potential efficiency improvements.

 

February, 2012:  CKGP/PW is performing an engineering study of the final paint repair operations for an automotive assembly plant to determine areas for improvement of the process and equipment.

February, 2012:  A major automotive manufacturer has contracted CKGP/PW to prepare and conduct training for its plant engineers in fundamentals of conveyor systems.

January, 2012:  CKGP/PW has just completed projects for a major utility company, acting as project manager for the installation of pugmills at two different power generating facilities.  The pugmills mix additives with coal prior to being used to generate electricity to significantly reduce emissions.

December, 2011:  CKGP/PW performed a finite element analysis of an electrified monorail trolley for an automotive client to attempt to determine potential causes for recent failures.

November, 2011:  CKGP/PW performed a health assessment of existing paint spraybooths for an automobile manufacturer to determine the condition of the equipment and identify items requiring maintenance or rework.
