CKGP/PW & Associates provides a full range of commercial and industrial clients with energy-savings projects in the areas of compressed air savings, HVAC savings, gas train safety/savings, process waste heat recovery, energy audits and utility optimization. Our long history of designing efficient processing systems makes us very qualified to analyze existing systems for potential efficiency improvements.

September, 2011: CKGP/PW is providing engineering for the upgrade of equipment for an existing automotive paint pre-treatment system.

August, 2011: CKGP/PW is assisting a major automotive client with the development of Process Failure Modes & Effects (PFMEA) analyses.

August, 2011: A major automotive assembly plant has contracted CKGP/PW to assist with the replacement of their paint pre-treatment system, the installation of new paint automation and rework of other existing paint processes.

May, 2011: CKGP/PW is assisting a logistics supplier with materials planning & logistics for an automotive powertrain plant.

May, 2011: CKGP/PW is providing project management and design evaluation support for a specialty molding machine for an automotive components supplier.

April, 2011: CKGP/PW is performing an annual oven safety inspection for an automotive assembly plant.

April, 2011: A major automotive company has contracted CKGP/PW to provide a health assessment of their existing paint shop process equipment and conveyors.
